Getting a Quote
To start the commission process, please fill out the contact form above. Please provide a link to your character's reference so I can properly quote your project. I will be quoting you directly off of your reference image so make sure that it is accurate. Note that characters with lots of spots or stripes may want to simplify the design before sending it my way. Please allow up to a week for me to respond to your email.
Terms and Conditions
All clients must be 18+ and be able to show I.D. if required. Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the commission to cover material costs. The second 50% of the cost is required before the commission is shipped out. The client is responsible for shipping costs. Tracking information will be provided to the client when the commission is shipped out. I currently do not ship outside of the US. Signature/package insurance is offered but must be paid for by the client.
Payments options are Paypal and Checks. Paypal payment can be made to paypal.me/dominiquegdeleon.
Make checks payable to Dominique de Leon. Payment plans can be discussed for projects exceeding $1,000.00 or more. If I am unable to complete a commission, ALL payments will be completely refunded, including the 50% deposit.
I can deny any alterations or request not agreed upon upfront.
If a commission is not paid in full by the agreed upon date or the commission is dropped, I have the right to sell the commissioned suit.
I have the right to post in progress photos and completed suit photos. If you wish for me to not post your suit until it is completed and shipped out or if you do not want me to tag you, please let me know before the commission is started.
What to Expect from Me
A commission estimate, an invoice for all payments and shipping will be provided for your records. Periodic pictures and updates to ensure that you are happy with the progress being made, sent via email or text, whichever is preferred.
Measurements are required from the client. To ensure that your costume will fit properly, specific measurements or a duct tape dummy (for full suits) will be required.
